Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to prospect for and focus on generating revenue growth for our Prehung Door Facility and Slimfold product line. Multifamily projects, manufactured housing, hotels, assisted living and dormitories are some of the current market segments that we service out of our Camden, Tennessee Facility. This new role will be instrumental to increase demand throughout the total sales cycle. Key skills and abilities will include building and maintaining customer relationships, generating leads, in-depth product knowledge, negotiating, and developing customer agreements which are profitable for Dunbarton and exceeding the needs of our customers. This position reports to Dunbarton’s National Sales Director and will require up to 50% travel.

Position Summary:
The Engineering Manager is responsible for designing, developing, and improving manufacturing systems and processes, including equipment selection, procurement, and integration to meet current and future production needs. This role leads cross-functional collaboration and project management efforts to ensure quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery, while resolving engineering issues and guiding both direct and indirect team members.

Position Summary:
The Quality Control Technician is responsible for the inspection, testing, measuring, evaluating, sorting, sampling and/or weighing of raw materials, or processed, machined, fabricated, painted or assembled parts or products for defects, wear, dimensions, color, finish, completeness of assembly, packaging, labeling, and compliance to all specifications, all Dunbarton expectations and all customer requirements.
