Regional Sales Manager-Custom Steel Fabrication

Position Summary:
Prospect and sell custom steel fabricated products and drive revenue growth across the Southeast region. Build and maintain customer relationships, generate leads, price product offerings, negotiate, develop customer agreements which are profitable for Dunbarton and meet the customer needs. Conduct regular market analysis to identify new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Collaborate with internal customer service, engineering, product development and manufacturing teams to align sales strategy. Act as the customer’s key point of contact for both pre-and after-sales product advice and support. Act as the technical advisor and advocate for new products in the assigned territory.

Technical Support / Customer Response Representative

Position Summary:
Serve customers by identifying their needs for Dunbarton products and applying technical product knowledge to the process. Provides engineering adaptations of Dunbarton products, parts, and services. Provides technical advice to resolve product or service requests regarding engineering or technical. Provides customer service by being the critical point of contact for customers and the field sales force by providing pre-and after-sales product advice. Monitor customer activity, resolve issues and errors to maintain an error-free work effort. Lead and manage a team of order engineers.
